Sales Manager
Mexico City - Mexico/SP
Brief Description: Drive the overall effective management, execution and achievement of end to end sales process milestones for customers in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
• New business and opportunities management in Mexican telecom market
• Channels and post-sales partnership management
• Receipt and tracking of all customer and internal orders
• Ensure all Commercial Validation requirements are met before order acceptance
• Order entry and acknowledgement
• Seek and understanding of current fiscal practices
• Work with Sales and Back-office teams in order to provide the best technical solution to the customer
Requirements:
• Demonstrated Sales Management skills including 8+ years of relevant experience in the Telecom business sector.
• Experience with large telecom carriers as well as Tier2 and Tier3 Telecom market
• Solid understanding of order management processes.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and drive issues to resolution.
• Must be able to interact with a diverse group of technical and non-technical individuals.
• Able to maintain stable performance and daily workflow management under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Always looking for opportunities of improvement
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skill and competent with Word and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of DWDM and SDH technology is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish
