For one more year, Padtec is the provider for the optical infrastructure of Campus Party Brazil, biggest internet party and Brazilian social network encounter.

This year, in its third edition, the event will take place between January 25th and 31st at the Immigrants Exposition Center (Centro de Exposições Imigrantes) and it will receive about six thousands "campuseiros" that will stay connected 24 hours a day during one week in a huge computer arena, and they will also take part of hundreds of activities in many content areas.

Padtec, the technology supporter for the Campus Party 2010, will provide an optical transmission network with total capacity of 10 Gb, by means of a DWDM (Dense Wave-length Division Multiple) system.

Campus Party is considered the biggest internet, technology and network entertainment event in the world and, since 1997, is realized in many countries as, Colombia, Spain and Mexico.
