Alliances are aligned with the company’s international expansion strategy and also cover the Caribbean and Central America.
As part of its international expansion strategy, Padtec has recently established two key partnerships to strengthen its presence in the telecommunications markets of Mexico, the United States, the Caribbean, and Central America. The goal is to reinforce distribution in these regions of Padtec’s full line of DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology-based equipment, aimed at high-capacity optical transport.
One of the partnerships was formed with FixUno, a systems integrator specializing in connectivity for public and private institutions and companies in Mexico — a strategic country where Padtec has just opened a subsidiary. The alliance with FixUno focuses on executing network expansion projects, infrastructure modernization, and access to high-bandwidth services in strategic sectors such as education, healthcare, and government, among others.
“This strategic collaboration combines FixUno’s ability to design and implement customized solutions with Padtec’s cutting-edge technology, enabling the delivery of more efficient optical networks tailored to the new demands of the market,” says Heriberto Zelaya, General Director at FixUno. “With Padtec as our technology partner, we reinforce our commitment to bringing innovative and accessible solutions to more regions across Mexico, contributing to the country’s digital transformation,” he adds.
Another important partnership was signed with Braxem, aiming to strengthen Padtec’s presence across the United States, as well as in the Caribbean and Central American countries. “This alliance will enable the delivery of more robust, scalable, and customized solutions to telecom operators, internet service providers (ISPs), and companies in the sector, helping close connectivity gaps and accelerate digital transformation in the region,” emphasizes Fabio Munechika, Commercial Director for the Americas at Braxem.
For Padtec, these new partnerships are essential to boost the availability of its high-capacity optical connectivity solutions in these markets, based on DWDM technology. “These are advanced systems that ensure the operation of robust, high-performance, low-latency, scalable, and future-ready networks,” highlights Manuel Andrade, CEO of Padtec North America and Director of International Operations at Padtec. “In addition to the equipment, we provide support for network deployment, specialized technical assistance, and proactive maintenance, with fast service and high-quality standards,” he concludes.
