Alessandra Karine Figueiredo Erthal will take over in March the role previously held by Carlos Raimar, the company’s CEO.
Padtec has named Alessandra Karine Figueiredo Crescencio Erthal as its Global Sales Director, effective March. The position had been held — in addition to his other responsibilities — by Carlos Raimar Schoeninger, who will now fully dedicate himself to his role as Padtec’s CEO.
With more than 27 years of experience in the technology sector, Alessandra has built her career at global companies such as Microsoft, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Accenture, and Cisco Systems, working across sales, business development, commercial strategy, marketing, and operations, among other areas. She holds a degree in Systems Analysis from PUC-Campinas, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, a master’s degree in Quality Systems from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), a post-MBA from the Advanced Boardroom Program for Women at Saint Paul Business School, and has also completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School, in Boston, USA.
At Padtec, her mission will be to lead the company’s global sales strategy, covering both domestic and international markets. “Our goal is to drive sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability through the implementation of integrated commercial guidelines, the management of multicultural teams, and strategic engagement with customers and partners, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and Padtec’s value proposition,” Alessandra said.
The Global Sales organization includes the National Sales area, led by Henrique Graciosa; the International Sales area, led by Hernán Yepes; as well as Corporate Communications and Marketing. Padtec’s executive leadership team also includes Leonardo Chamsin, who oversees Finance and Investor Relations, and Alexandre Piovesan, who leads the Products area.
