Certified with two QSFP-DD technologies as line interfaces, the Dual 400G Standalone Transponder delivers, in a single product:
- Cost-effective solutions for DWDM channels from 100G to 400G with the QSFP-DD 400G OpenZR+ module.
- Ultra-long-haul solutions for 400G DWDM channels with the QSFP-FF 400G ULH OpenROADM module.
In addition, the TMD400G-SD enables the use of the existing switches and routers infrastructure already deployed in the network, increasing transmission rates without the need for major investments in new Layer 3 equipment—an excellent option for providers that are beginning to build their own transport networks.
