Return Materials Authorization (RMA)

To open the RMA, access the link “PADTEC.ATLASSIAN.NET/SERVICEDESK/”, register your e-mail and, after validating the SAC, follow the step by step below.

Before proceeding with filling out the RMA form, observe the instructions below:

Invoice

  • The product must be sent carrying an INVOICE with the correct information on the Nature of Operation and CFOP
  • We inform you that the product will not be received without the respective invoice!
  • The invoice must contain the correct name(s) of the equipment(s) with their respective serial number(s)
  • The invoice must reference the sales invoice number of the product(s)
  • The invoice must reference the respective RMA code(s)
  • Need to send invoice XML file to nfe@padtec.com.br and sac@padtec.com.br

RMA process

  • A separate RMA authorization will be required for each serial number
  • The RMA process will start when the RMA form is received by PADTEC’s SAC containing the date of shipment of the equipment
  • The product will undergo an arrival inspection to ensure that there was no major damage during its transport

Shipping costs

  • The customer is responsible for the costs of transporting the equipment to Padtec
  • Post-repair shipping costs are Padtec’s responsibility
  • The customer will receive a confirmation when the equipment is received at Padtec and also when it is sent after repair

How to identify Padtec equipment

Padtec equipment has a label with a bar code and EAN/serial number of the unit. The following figure highlights the fields that must be observed for the correct completion of the RMA form:

Equipment model code.
The number of letters and numbers varies by model.

EAN of the equipment with 13 digits.
Consider the sequence from 7898… as highlighted in the figure above.

Equipment serial number.
Enter the serial starting from the first valid digit, disregarding the zeros after (21).
